About the horse
Kuzya, as we fondly call him, is the finest fellow in the village, and it is simply impossible not to notice him.
Kara-Kum has no easy character. He is perfectly aware of his size and his splendour, and expects to be treated like royalty. Forcing him to do anything is out of the question, you can only come to an agreement. But once you have won him over, Kuzya will try his hardest for the partnership: he will teach you the basics of show jumping, taking every fence honestly, and the basics of dressage, prompting you through the school movements.
Kara-Kum is the horse who proves that riding is not only about sitting in the saddle, it is also about a personal relationship with a four legged partner.
