Questions and answers

The short answers

From what age can a child ride?

Children's lessons start at five: by that age a child keeps balance and understands the coach. Up to twelve a lesson lasts 45 minutes, after that an hour. For little ones aged three to five we also run 30-minute lessons, but only by a separate request made directly to the administrator.

Do I need experience or my own gear?

No experience needed, the coach shows everything from the first minute. A helmet is provided and included in the price. Come in comfortable clothes, ideally with at least a little stretch, and shoes with a small heel.

What happens if it rains?

Lessons take place in an open arena. Light drizzle is not a problem: you can wear a raincoat, and the helmet keeps your head dry. In a heavy thunderstorm or a blizzard, contact the administrator and move the lesson to another time.

How is a ride different from a lesson?

In a lesson you learn to handle the horse in the arena: the coach teaches the correct seat, you practise control and work through the horse's gaits. A ride is a calm outing at a walk into the forest along a prepared route, there is nothing to learn there. Please note that rides cannot be booked on the site: call or write to the administrator.

Can I give a lesson as a present?

Yes, we issue a gift certificate for almost any service with no extra charge. It arrives by email within a day of payment.

How do I cancel or move a booking?

Write or call the administrator at least a day in advance. If you tell us later, the lesson counts as held: the horse and the coach are already reserved for your time.

Did not find the answer? Write to the administrator: the phone and messengers are in the Contacts section.
